We were planning our wedding from the United States at Bellingham Castle in July 2025, and because we had a two-year engagement, we were lucky enough to work with her for almost two full years. Upon arriving at Bellingham Castle for our two-day wedding celebrations, she there for us, immediately extending a hand to help with whatever we needed. She helped construct picture frames, set up every detail of decor, and even gave our photographer rides to and from Bellingham and the hotel. She was our trusted voice to Bellingham Castle—handling every detail and ensuring our wishes were not just heard but carried out perfectly. On our wedding day, everything was seamless. A moment we will always remember is when she revealed the reception ballroom to us. After two years of planning, she was just as excited as we were to see it come together. The flowers, the centerpieces, the candles—she had brought our vision to life more beautifully than we ever imagined. What makes Dearbhaile truly extraordinary is not just her talent and professionalism, but her heart. She never made us feel like just another couple on her calendar. She made us feel seen, cared for, and understood. She was our planner, our advocate, and even our emotional support person when we needed it. We trusted her completely, and that trust was rewarded in every way. Our wedding day was beyond perfect, and we owe so much of that to Dearbhaile. I honestly couldn’t recommend Dearbhaile enough! She was my absolute right hand woman in the lead up and on the day of our wedding. From coordinating the morning and steaming my dress to managing vendors and the entire flow of the day, she handled it all effortlessly. When an issue cropped up a week before the wedding, Dearbhaile stepped in straight away and used her connections and experience to help resolve it and alleviate the stress. The day ran seamlessly and everyone knew they could rely on her for support. I was able to completely relax knowing she was there making sure everything was exactly as it should be. Where to start with our new best friend! ❤️We honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the wedding planning process without Dearbhaile. She kept us on track with all our pre-wedding jobs and timelines for the million different DIY projects we wanted to undertake whilst also keeping the entire process so much fun with plenty of laughs during our zoom calls! One of the best decision we made was having Dearbhaile there with us on the day! She was literally everywhere at the same time, yet when you needed her she seemed to pop up right beside you! There were so many photo opportunities and fun moments that were made possible by Dearbhaile and her fantastic ability to communicate with the other suppliers and the venue. We were also incredibly lucky that Dearbhaile was able to capture so many behind the scenes photos and videos which we absolutely loved! I was lucky enough to be put in touch with this lovely lady only a week before my wedding to host/coordinate — a service I wasn't totally sure I needed at the time but how wrong was I!! From start to finish Dearbháile had everything organised to a tee. She had my guests sitting and fed with a drink before we even arrived, nothing on the day was too much and if something needed doing Dearbháile had it done before I even asked! If you are organising a wedding outside of a hotel setting and are considering a coordinator or host she is your woman — definitely made for the job!
